As a hospitality student, I had the privilege of coordinating our recent celebration of World Tourism Day. This event themed around the rich culture of Awadh, was a monumental success, and I couldn't be prouder of the teamwork and dedication displayed by everyone involved. Our goal was to offer attendees an immersive experience of Awadhi heritage, focusing on its timeless architecture, cuisine, and traditions. The audience got to experience traditional Awadhi performances and a culinary spread that highlighted the best of local flavors. It has strengthened my passion for the hospitality industry and fueled my commitment to promoting cultural heritage through tourism. Here’s to many more successful events in the future!
